Jared enjoys not only guiding clients towards attaining their unique versions of success, but doing so all while ensuring they feel confident and fully informed as they navigate one of the largest financial transactions in their life.

Prior to starting Apex Lending, Jared built a large inventory of experiences in the real estate, mortgage and financial service sectors. This includes his entry into the mortgage industry where he laid the foundation for what would later become Apex Lending. Shortly after, he began to grow his team, focusing on developing a client-centric approach that valued relationships over transactions. During the 2020 market boom, Jared and his team earned many accolades including, Top 1% Loan Originator Nationwide and Top 20 Loan Originator in South Carolina. Then in 2022, he took a bold step by founding his own mortgage company, Apex Lending.

Driven by the need for mortgage companies who prioritize holistic financing solutions over merely "doing a loan", Jared's focus is on developing financing strategies that consider a client's entire financial landscape. Recognizing the need for a lender who approaches mortgage financing with a broader perspective stems from a deeply personal space for Jared. In 2006 during the height of the U.S. housing bubble, his parents unknowingly took on a risky mortgage that would later expose them to the turmoil of the 2008 housing crash and subprime mortgage crisis. Facing the threat of foreclosure throughout his adolescence, Jared experienced firsthand the challenges of financial instability, which made him acutely aware of the consequences tied to poorly structured mortgage loans and misaligned strategies. In addition, it soon became his motivation to close those gaps through solutions that prioritize his client's long-term financial health.

Today, Jared has dedicated himself to transforming those lessons into actionable, client-centric solutions. He seeks to craft personalized financing strategies that prioritize the financial aspirations of his clients and to structure loans that complement their long-term goals. Overall, Jared is passionate about eliminating the far too common apprehensions with mortgage lending and takes his time with every client on their personal journey to ensure the best solution is also the right one for them. This is because to Jared, everyone during this chapter of life deserves a professional who is invested in their success just as much as they are.

Jared currently resides in South Carolina with his wife Kayla, and enjoys spending his free time with family, learning about history, and traveling to explore new places.
